While some homeowners associations may run well, the majority do not. If you have been on the wrong side of a nasty HOA Board of Directors, or a Board that does not follow the CCRs or the Davis Stirling Act you know what it feels like to be helpless.

You have reached the HOA homeowners union. We have abbreviated the name to HOA union or HOAU.
It’s time to stand up for your rights! We are currently organizing the HOA Union. The HOAU organization is for the benefit of homeowners within an HOA, not the HOA itself. Unfortunately HOAs have become increasingly egregious and punitive. In the past there was no one in YOUR corner, now there is!
Dealing with many Homeowners Associations is unpleasant at best. Once you are a target it’s a nightmare. The HOA Union was established by people who can help you through this ordeal. We have been down the road and have won. We started the HOAU so you are not alone.

We have located a seperate HOA complaints board… this is where you can post your complaints about your HOA, directors, association managers, maintenance, attorneys, collection attorneys and all other issues you may wish to complain about.
The HOA complants website is located at www.HOAcomplaints.org. So, if you have complaints about your HOA you may post them on the HOA complaints Board. Free and open to anyone who lives in an HOA and has issues with the HOA, directors, management, attorneys, maintenance, legal issues, elections, restrictions, CCRs, or any issue related to the HOA, or community you live in.
